The Revolution transforms the way you emboss or cut dies by a simple three step process.  Just remember to Snap, Set, and Spin.  The Snap process is when the metal die snaps in place on the magnetic platform.  The magnetic platform ensures that your die will remain securely in one place.  This takes away the process of sandwiching and eliminates errors caused by dies moving.  Then Set your paper or other material in place on the die and place a cutting mat on top.  Then simply Spin the handle for perfect results.

The Xyron Creatopia can apply adhesive, cut paper, cut decorative edges, dry emboss, and die cut shapes. Its wide size allows cutting of papers up to 12.5 inches wide, and applies adhesive and dry embosses items up to 12 inches wide. Plus, the Xyron Creatopia can be used for items up to a half-inch thick. The Xyron Creatopia machine works simply by feeding the project into the machine and turning a handle, so no electricity or batteries are required. The Xyron Creatopia offers products in the Refillz, Cutz, Patternz, and Shapez families to meet all crafting needs.

Those familiar with the Xyron adhesive and laminate machines will find the Xyron Creatopia easy to use as it is similar in design. The Creatopia machine comes with a “Refillz” cartridge of permanent adhesive, making it a 12 inch wide sticker machine. How To Use The Cricut Cake Machine

Wondering how do I use the Cricut Cake machine? It couldn’t be easier, just take your cake cutting mat, either one of the Cricut Cake cutting mats or a traditional Cricut Cutting mat with all the sticky paste taken off (you can do this easily by using a little nail polish remover and warm water and rubbing it down in the sink) and lay the gum paste flat. Dial in your designs, and push cut. It will cut your cake designs just like a regular Cricut Expression machine will. A nice trick is using multiple layers of gum paste on the Cricut Cake cutting mat. Cut a nice deep design, and you can then pull the pieces up to make 3d effects that pop out of the cake!

Keep your Cricut Cake Cutting Blades Sharp!

Since gum paste is a little sticky, you are going to want to make sure your cutting blades are as sharp as possible on your cake cutting machine. It’s always good to have an extra set of Cricut cake replacement blades in case you need to make a quick swap in the middle of your project.
